準則一  我們每個人都有權利和義務阻止一切不安全行為

準則二 工作時使用合適的工具

Use the right tool for the job your

使用專門為手上干的活而設計的正確的器具

Use only the proper equipment designed for the job at hand

每天檢查你的工具,不要使用有缺陷的工具或器具

Inspect your tools daily. Do not work with defective tools or equipment

對新的工作和上級一起設計正確的方法

On new jobs, plan the proper method with your supervisor

嚴禁超載使用工具,器具或機器

Never overload tools, equipment or machines

準則三 永遠使用工作所需的安全設施

Always use the safety equipment required for the job

必須自始至終穿戴工作所需的個人防護用品

Personal Protection Equipment required for the job must be worn all the time

嚴禁損壞或取消安全裝置或安全擋板

Never disable or bypass a safety device or safety barrier

每天檢查個人防護用品,發現有壞的,替換掉

Check PPE daily and replace any faulty items The

準則四 對所有事故要立即響應

Act on all accidents immediately

使事故地區恢復安全: 排除危險

Make the area safe: remove the danger

急救及正確的醫療處理

Get first aid and proper medical care

必須準確地記錄和匯報所發生的經過

Accurate recording and reporting of the facts must be done

Communicate the findings to all

準則五 小心重物

Beware of heavy objects

提升重物時,使用正確的設備,不要超載

When lifting, use the right equipment, and do not overload it

提升或搬運重物時,要有足夠的,合適的幫助

Get enough, qualified help when lifting or moving heavy things

人在提升重物時,要學會正確的方法,必要時使用個人防護用品

In manual lifting, learn the right way to lift, and use PPE when required

不要站在會有東西掉下來的地方

Avoid being where things can fall on you

準則六 注意旋轉的機器設備

Beware of rotating machinery

確保旋轉的機器有防護罩或擋板

Make sure that rotating tools are guarded with shields or barriers

沒有防護罩或擋板時,千萬要注意,不要碰到旋轉部分

When that is not possible, use great caution never to come into contact with a rotating part

在旋轉或活動的部件上工作時,要事先確保已安全鎖定,并且不會意外開動

準則七 小心行走 避免滑倒和摔倒

準則九 特別注意你的工作所特有的危險

Take special care for the risks that are special to your job

要格外注意高溫爐子和高壓容器,要遵守操作規程

Use extra caution with high temperature furnaces and high pressure vessels: follow the rules
